Can I cancel my order?


  • Personalized or Perishable Products: Orders for personalized or customized items, as well as perishable products like cakes and flowers, cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
  • Standard Products: For non-perishable standard items, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Most orders are processed within a few hours after being placed, so we recommend contacting us at the earliest.

If your cancellation request is valid, we will process your refund within 12 working hours of receiving your request.

Can I return an item?


We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can report it within 24 hours of delivery.


In such cases, you may choose:

  1. Product Re-delivery: The correct product will be delivered to your address.

Note: Requests for cancellations, refunds, or reattempts will not be entertained after resolution.

What are the non-refundable scenarios?

  • Delivery to the wrong address provided by the sender.

What are the refundable scenarios?


Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  2. Non-Delivery: If the order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases where the recipient was unavailable or untraceable).
  3. Quality Complaints: If there is a verified complaint about product quality, we will either issue a refund or replace the product after investigation.

Can you arrange a return pick-up?


  • Same-Day Delivery Products (e.g., flowers, cakes): Due to their perishable nature, return pick-up services are not available.
  • Couriered Products:
    • Standard Pin Codes: Return pick-up is available for damaged or defective products if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Beyond 24 Hours: Pick-up services are unavailable.
    • Remote Areas & International Deliveries: Customers will need to ship the product back to us.

How long does it take to process a refund?


  • Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 12 working hours of approval.
  • Refund Timeline: It may take 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
